Primary colors are vivid, clean and understandable. They are perfect when you are trying to emphasize your design idea!
As a solid color, in combination with one another or with neutrals, you can see pure red, blue and yellow used in a lot of the collections on the New York Runway. And a lot of black and white combinations too! It is as if the designers are going back to the basics looking for a different balance – one that accentuates more the shape and the line of their designs. Beautiful color minimalism! And you will be seeing more of it! If you don’t have one of these pretty colors yet in your wardrobe – go for it! Next spring will be all about the primaries!
